Dave Lisle – CEO, President & Member of the Board of Directors

Dave is responsible for defining business strategy, and supporting an impressive and highly motivated team of professionals dedicated to Treating Water Better.

Dave joined Silver Bullet as CEO in 2016. Before joining Silver Bullet, Lisle was the CEO of Instrument Sales & Service, Inc. (ISS), a diversified manufacturer, remanufacturer and value-added distributor of electro-mechanical service parts for the automotive, trucking, marine, and industrial equipment industries. Prior to ISS, Lisle was CEO of Wausaukee Composites, Inc., a premier manufacturer of highly-engineered structural composite components and product assemblies supplied to Fortune 500 customers worldwide in the off-highway, agriculture, medical, mass transit, wind energy, environmental, and recreation industries.

Dave has been a frequent panel speaker at regional and national business conferences on topics including water treatment, renewable and traditional energy, performance management, supply chain management, and regional economic development.  Dave currently serves on the Board of Directors for Quarles Petroleum, Inc., and is past-Chairman of the Board for Credit Coach Financial Services, and has also served as a Board Director for not-for-profit organizations, including Wisconsin Windworks, The New North, the United Way, and the Green Bay Workforce Development Board.  He was also an advisory board member for the American Wind Energy Association, a member of The Executive Committee (TEC), and the American Composites Manufacturer’s Association.

Dave earned a BS degree in Geology from Michigan State University, an MS degree in Geophysics from Louisiana State University where he was an Amoco Fellow, and an MBA from The Darden School at The University of Virginia.


Brad Walsh – CFO & COO

Brad is a corporate finance executive with 19 years of experience in building, leading, and advising corporations through complex integrations, growth initiatives, synergy savings and financial reporting for both the healthcare and manufacturing industries. He has strong financial planning and analysis expertise incorporated with extensive knowledge in both international accounting and SOX requirements. Brad is an excellent leader with a solid record of contributions resulting in improved financial performance, heightened productivity, and enhanced internal controls. Brad joined Silver Bullet in 2016.


Doug White – General Manager, Livestock Drinking Water

Doug has been working in the Agriculture industry for over 30 years. Doug has operated feedlots, managed irrigation operations, and owned and operated an agricultural products distributorship supplying dairy, beef, hog, and chicken producers. Doug’s deep career experience in the livestock industry make him uniquely suited to lead our Agriculture business unit. Doug attended Colorado State University where he began his career in Agriculture and joined Silver Bullet in 2013.

 


Scott Magill – Director Strategic Accounts/Operations

Scott has over thirty years of experience in the industrial water treatment industry as an application engineer, sales manager and technical specialist, across a broad spectrum of industries.  Before joining Silver Bullet in 2012, Scott spent much of his career working for companies such as Nalco, Buckman Laboratories and consulted with two Fortune 500 division start-ups in the water treatment sector to bring new technologies to the water treatment industry. Scott has a Bachelors of Science in Microbiology, and Masters of Business Administration from Colorado State University, and he is actively involved with the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the Association of Water Technologies (AWT).


Kyle Lisabeth – Director of Business Development Horticulture

Kyle’s devotion to sustainable water treatment technologies stems from his passion for the outdoors. Kyle has participated in and led river expeditions in such places as Alaska, Africa, Asia, South America and most recently, the Grand Canyon. After graduating from the University of Texas – Austin, Kyle gained five years of international water management experience, managing projects involving the treatment and reuse of municipal wastewater in the US and in Mexico, supervising agricultural wastewater treatment and beneficial reuse applications in various parts of Latin America, and overseeing the treatment of water in the oil and gas market. His focus on maintaining sound natural resource management practices is what led him to Silver Bullet in early 2014.


Tony Ruffini – Director of Science & Engineering

Tony Ruffini has 15 years of experience in water treatment design, testing, and consulting on agricultural, municipal, and industrial water process systems. Tony began his career as a staff engineer at Public Utility Management and Planning Services, Inc.  He then took on the responsibilities of the Pilots Manager/Lead Process Engineer at Parkson Corporation. In 2014, Tony was named Plant Manager for GS Inima USA Construction Corp.’s Hialeah, FL location. At GS Inima, Tony supervised the design, construction, and commissioning of a state-of-the-art reverse osmosis plant, managed day-to-day operations, provided mechanical and process troubleshooting, and worked closely with regulatory and government entities.

Tony has been published in peer-reviewed industry journals including The IDA Journal of Desalination and Water Reuse, the technical journal of the International Desalination Association (IDA). Tony also has extensive experience presenting to both business and academic audiences on all topics related to water treatment engineering and treatment processes.

A trained engineer and chemist, Tony holds a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a Master’s degree in civil engineering with a focus on environmental process and water treatment, both from Florida Atlantic University.
